How to restart the Accounts Integration Service (AIS)
Open Services in Windows
We are using Windows 11 as a guide, but the process is similar in other versions of Windows.
Click on the Start/Windows button on your taskbar and either start typing the word “Services” or click in the search bar highlighted below and type “Services” into it.

Once you have carried this out, the below screen should appear:

From here, click on the Services program, highlighted in the above screenshot.
Note: If you do not have admin access on your PC, you will have to use the option “Run as administrator”. This may prompt you for an admin password. Please type this in and the Services window will appear with the correct permissions. If you do not know the admin details, please contact your infrastructure support.
Once you have clicked on the Services shortcut, you should be presented with the below screen. Scroll down and look for the service called “UT400 Accounts Integration Service”. Right click on the service and click “Restart”:

After a few seconds, the service should restart.
Alternative Process
As an alternative, you can just restart your PC fully, this should restart the service as part of the system restart.
Known Issues
If the service restart times out, a Windows error will appear, saying that the service did stop in a timely manner. The status of the service will change from “Running” to “Stopping”. This normally happens when the service is still running an active process and will naturally stop once that completes. If this happens, minimise the Services window and come back to it in 10-15 minutes. The service should restart by itself.
When to contact Ten-25
If the service does not start back up, please contact Ten-25 support.
