Printing Lot Labels

Once configured, you can print Lot labels from three different locations within Merchanter. Whenever you choose to print, the Print Lot Label(s) pop-up will appear, allowing you to override the default settings for that specific print job, such as selecting a different printer or changing the number of copies.

From the Lot Stocks Overview

This is the best approach for printing labels for multiple lots at once. From the menu Navigate to Stock → Lot Stocks 

The Lot Stock Overview page should open and you can use the filters and search tools to find the specific lots you need. The list is multi-select capable, so you can click all the lot records you wish to print labels for. Once you have made your selections, click the Print Label(s) button, located under the filter options.

From the Product View (Locations Tab)

This method is useful for printing a label for a specific lot associated with a product. Navigate to a product record and open its details, then click on the Locations tab. Find the lot you need and expand its details to reveal the specific lot information, then click the Print button on the right for that specific lot.

From the Edit Lot Page

This method is useful when you are already working within a specific lot record. Navigate to a lot record and open it in Edit mode, then locate and click the Print button available on the page.

The Print Lot Label(s) Pop-Up

Whenever you initiate a print from any of the three locations described above, the Print Lot Label(s) pop-up will appear, giving you final control before sending the job to the printer.

You can confirm or change the printer, as you are not forced to use the default selection.

You can adjust the number of copies if needed.

Once you have made your selections, Click the green Print labels button to generate the labels.

This flexible system ensures you can produce accurate, professional lot labels whether you need a single label for a quick stock check or a batch of labels for a full inventory run.
