Advanced Dispatch Status KPIs

There is a comprehensive suite of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to go with the advanced dispatching statuses, using these KPIs up can significantly enhance operational efficiency and visibility. By setting up these KPIs on your dashboard, you can monitor and streamline dispatch operations in real time, ensuring optimal performance and timely decision-making.

Must be using ‘Advanced dispatch sub-statuses’

Please note that if you do not have the advanced dispatch sub-statuses turned on, these KPIs will not display a count.

 

The available KPIs are.
Picked for collection - A list of sales orders in a picked status with a delivery type of collected.
Picked for delivery - A list of sales orders in a picked status with a delivery type of delivered.
Loaded for delivery - A list of sales orders in a loaded-on vehicle status with a delivery type of delivered.
In transit - A list of all the orders with a status of In transit.

Clicking on the KPI will take you to a filtered view for the records.

By leveraging these advanced dispatch status KPIs, you can gain valuable insights into your dispatch operations, identify bottlenecks, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency. Whether you’re tracking orders picked for collection, monitoring deliveries in transit, or analysing loaded orders, these KPIs provide the tools you need to keep your operations running smoothly.
