How to Fix Old Orders That Are Not Showing The Advanced Dispatch/Transport Statuses
If an order was placed on the system before activating the advanced dispatch features, you may notice that the buttons for advanced statuses are missing. In such cases, you’ll only have the option to dispatch the order.
Fortunately, fixing this issue is a relatively straightforward process.
To resolve this, start by locating the affected order and opening it for editing. Navigate to the Header tab, then scroll down to the Supply section.
Here, you’ll find a checkbox labelled Used Transport Statuses.
Simply tick this box and save the order.
Once saved, the advanced dispatch status buttons should reappear in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, allowing you to progress the order through the appropriate statuses.
